What you will do - Provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to the Talent Management team; coach, give feedback and foster ongoing development. - Partner with senior management to strategically advance Talent Management; optimize processes and set new standards in Artist Management. - Oversee the end-to-end management of Talent campaigns, including budget, resources, timelines and quality control. - Strategically guide our key talents with tailored brand and growth strategies, and support important career decisions. On the operational side, identify new talents for our roster and accompany artists to key events. - Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies and partners; acquire new collaborations; lead contract and budget negotiations at decision-maker level. - Analyze performance data, market trends and KPIs; derive recommendations and prepare strategic reports to develop the department. - Communicate with empathy and professionalism to talents, clients and internal stakeholders.

What you bring - At least six years of professional experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or Account Management, on agency or corporate side. - Experience leading teams, motivating and developing staff to achieve result
