We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Team Leader to join us and help advance our mission. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts. You will supervise and coordinate team members, monitor performance, coach and provide feedback to improve productivity, address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards, assist with inventory management, maintain a clean and organized work environment, complete administrative tasks, and train new employees while supporting ongoing staff development. Secondary responsibilities include collaborating with management to achieve goals, assisting in scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage, supporting marketing and promotional activities, participating in team meetings, and acting as a liaison between staff and upper management. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), frequent bending, stooping and reaching to perform tasks such as cleaning and organizing, and walking throughout the store to oversee operations. You may lift and carry items up to 25 pounds and operate point-of-sale equipment.
