VETS Junk Removal & Dumpsters is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily junk removal operations, drive a company truck and trailer, and lead a small crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position, with a veteran-friendly culture and potential for increased responsibilities. Responsibilities include driving the company truck and trailer to job sites, leading a crew on junk removal tasks, removing furniture, appliances, and debris from homes and businesses, communicating professionally with customers, loading trucks efficiently, maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness, and performing basic vehicle inspections. Requirements include a clean driving record and the ability to drive a box truck with a trailer, the ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and a leadership mindset. Preferred experience includes military service, prior crew leadership or supervisory roles, and customer service experience.
