We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The TA Specialist conducts full-life-cycle recruiting for internal and external roles to support hiring initiatives and strategies across a designated division. The role collaborates closely with hiring managers to identify, source, interview, select, hire, and onboard top talent. This on-site position is based in Brea, California and requires commuting to the office.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to determine workforce needs and execute high-volume recruitment and onboarding strategies; managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, ATS management, background checks, substance screening, offer letters, onboarding); utilizing direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, employee referrals, and creative sourcing to identify qualified candidates; developing market knowledge and networks within the recruitment space; staying aware of industry trends and best practices; extracting and analyzing data from the ATS and other TA systems to provide weekly reports and recommendations to improve processes; tracking candidate status and onboarding in the ATS; maintaining relationships with trade schools and military bases; ensuring compliance with state and federal laws; coordinating recruitment events and attendance data; and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HR, with preference for experience recruiting in skill
