Flink is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our on-site team in Berlin, Germany. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for priority business functions, using data, market insights, and candidate feedback to guide hiring managers in selecting the right talent. You will source and engage top candidates, nurture long-term relationships with talent pools, and apply recruitment analytics to improve processes. You will manage stakeholders and drive a strong candidate experience, while leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and free up time for meaningful interactions. The role includes recruiting across multiple business units such as operations, finance, marketing, and technology. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.

Qualifications: At least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency, with a track record of attracting talent across departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. Experience recruiting across operations, finance, marketing, and technology. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence recruiting. Experience with AI in day-to-day work, and examples of where it helped or didn’t. Proficiency with recruitment platforms; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus. English fluency; German is not mandatory but a strong plus.
