We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Gummersbach and recruit for four German entities, covering white- and blue-collar roles. In this role you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, advise Hiring Managers as a strategic partner, develop and implement targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies, perform active sourcing, and build sustainable talent pools and pipelines. You will ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent processes, professional communication and supportive guidance of candidates. You will plan, organize and conduct recruiting events, university fairs and targeted employer branding activities. You will contribute to ongoing optimization of recruiting processes and the development of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Requirements: several years of recruiting White- and Blue-Collar profiles, experience across multiple locations or business units, strong stakeholder management, proven success building talent pipelines and active sourcing, high sense of initiative, organizational skills and implementation power, experience planning and running recruiting events and targeted campaigns, very good German and English skills. We offer tariff-based compensation, a 35-hour work week and 30 vacation days per year, up to two days of
