You will focus on recruiting for tech roles across Europe (Developers, Product and Project Managers, Integration Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and more) for a fast-growing international company. You will hire across 10+ European countries, conduct active sourcing with international talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience through end-to-end recruitment. You will lead projects to optimize talent acquisition operations and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure fast, smooth processes and an outstanding candidate experience. As ecosio integrates with Vertex, you will participate in the integration process. Requirements include fluency in English, experience hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS environment, international hiring with focus on Europe, a proactive approach, strong task ownership, a basic understanding of software engineering concepts, and interest in new hiring tools and process improvements. Nice to have: additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Polish, etc.), experience with Greenhouse or Workday, remote-first experience, familiarity with AI recruiting tools (e.g., Metaview/JuiceBox), and interest in Employer Branding.
