Talent Acquisition Partner is a key role at Hosting.com, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, responsible for end-to-end recruitment across EMEA. You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to translate workforce requirements into effective recruitment plans, manage candidate pipelines across multiple markets, and maintain high standards for ATS processes, documentation, and regional compliance. You will create an exceptional candidate experience, build an inclusive interview process, and provide market insights on talent availability and compensation. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience across EMEA, with a track record of sourcing and placing high-quality talent in technology, SaaS, hosting or similar fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with People & Culture, Operations, and Marketing to strengthen Employer Brand and support Hosting.com's growth ambitions, while working across different time zones as needed.
