We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to oversee the Talent Acquisition function and drive recruitment for senior corporate roles across the UAE and the region. In this role you will ensure recruitment processes are managed through the Applicant Tracking System, advertise requisitions on relevant channels, and screen and shortlist applications within SLA. You will manage sourcing strategies and TA campaigns, provide accurate information to candidates about the Group, maintain records on DRIVE for reporting, and monitor hiring manager satisfaction. You will handle your portfolio of roles and may oversee senior hires, contribute to monthly/annual reporting, and manage invoicing and spend tracking. You will define and measure the effectiveness of assessment methodologies and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met. You will participate in projects and stay informed about market trends to attract relevant talent. Requirements include prior experience hiring senior corporate roles in the UAE and the region.
