FuboTV Inc. is seeking an SVP, Controller to lead the global accounting function and manage the internal accounting team. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The SVP, Controller will partner with the CFO to oversee all aspects of accounting, internal controls, and compliance for a complex global public company. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate accounting functions (revenue, AR/AP, cost accounting, and financial systems), preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, handling internal and external financial reporting and analysis for the management team, the Board of Directors, and investors; ensuring compliance with GAAP/SOX and statutory reporting requirements; assisting with SEC filings and loan document compliance; developing scalable accounting processes and controls; managing journal entries and monthly/quarterly/annual closes; providing monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses; assisting with budgets and forecasts and analyzing cost variances; reviewing accounting information for inaccuracies; supporting annual audits; driving process improvements; participating in special projects related to financial reporting, systems, data integrity and compliance; engaging with leadership on accounting policy and financial risk; acting as a change agent to improve efficiency within the accounting function; mentoring a high-performing global accounting organization; and aligning financial reporting with business strategy through collaboration with FP&A and Inve
