Role summary: As a Support Engineer I, you will understand and resolve equipment software issues of low complexity with some supervision, and provide customer software support through the software ticketing system. You will assist in analyzing software issues reported by field engineers and develop a beginner-level understanding of the BU product, system software, and troubleshooting tools. You will complete required trainings and certifications to gain product knowledge, and familiarize yourself with equipment software documentation, key customer features, and installation/upgrade instructions for software releases. Qualifications and expectations: You should have conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline; apply general business knowledge; no supervisory responsibilities; follow standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
