The Strategic Customer Success Representative (SCSR) is the primary point of contact for our highest-value strategic dealers, managing a portfolio of approximately $30 million in annual revenue. This high-touch role eliminates friction, anticipates project bottlenecks, and oversees end-to-end delivery of complex orders across the Glass, Architectural Aluminum, and CRL Hardware units. The SCSR engages with customers throughout order processing and delivery to drive satisfaction and collaborates with Sales and the Commercial teams to grow the business.
