Moncler is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller (m/f/d) to join the Berlin Kudamm Store in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for back-of-house stock control and maintaining inventory accuracy to support sales. This on-site role entails delivering warehouse operations with high standards of efficiency, organizing the stockroom, monitoring product rotations and new arrivals, and coordinating stock replenishment, counts, and inventories. The Stock Controller will address discrepancies with the line manager, handle customer repair requests and after-sales procedures, and support colleagues with administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the store team to deliver an excellent client experience, drive selling performance, and uphold company policies and standards. Requirements include proven experience in a similar role (luxury fashion/retail preferred), strong organisational skills, RFID experience (preferred), computer literacy, autonomy, and fluency in German and English.
