SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Endpoint Escalations to serve as the technical backbone for the most critical customer incidents involving the Windows EDR agent. You will diagnose complex failures at the Windows OS internals level, read and debug C/C++ code, patch when needed, and communicate findings and remediation plans with clarity to customers and senior stakeholders. You will own escalated issues, perform deep root-cause analysis across the Windows stack, and partner with engineering, QA, support, and product teams to translate patterns into permanent fixes. You will build and maintain tooling and runbooks to accelerate future triage, mentor teams on Windows internals and debugging, and contribute to the product roadmap. Requirements include 8+ years of hands-on experience with C/C++, deep knowledge of Windows internals, strong debugging and communication skills, and experience with security-oriented endpoint software.
