We are hiring a Staff Product Manager for Self-Serve Growth to own the developer journey from first touch to a committed customer.

What You’ll Do: - Own the growth of the self-serve funnel, focusing on activation, conversion, retention, and acquisition. Your scope may cover parts of the funnel or the entire lifecycle, expanding as the team grows. - Own the onboarding experience, the developer console, and the activation path a developer travels. Decide what ships and why, partnering with engineers and the developer relations team to deliver SDKs and documentation. - Build and operate the complete system for data-driven optimization and experimentation, either in-house or by selecting the best tools. - Maintain a weekly rhythm of shipping and measuring: formulate hypotheses, implement changes, measure impact, and iterate. - Collaborate across functions — with Developer Relations on acquisition, Marketing on search/visibility, Sales and Customer Success on handoffs, and Analytics on metrics and instrumentation.
