The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent vacancies within the Temporary Employment and Recruitment division, with a focus on HR consulting and temporary staffing (ETT). They will build talent pipelines, source, screen, interview, present candidates, manage offers and onboarding, and ensure compliance with labour regulations and agency processes. The Recruiter will collaborate with Sales and Operations to understand client hiring needs and provide labour market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment recommendations. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the ATS/CRM, developing sourcing strategies via job boards and direct sourcing, managing temporary workforce onboarding, monitoring performance and retention, and delivering regular updates to clients and internal teams. The role requires high-volume, end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of employment legislation.
