This role supports the C2BMC program and serves senior government and military leadership. The Global Cyber Team Lead will oversee all Global Cyber activities under TO60 and coordinate with the TO60 Chief Cyber Engineer to align efforts with program directives. Responsibilities include defining long-term cyber goals, developing an actionable plan and executing it within an Agile framework, raising cyber awareness among customers, and managing multiple high-importance authorization packages and major test events for the Cyber organization. The position requires leadership experience, strong IA knowledge (patch management, two-factor authentication, host-based security, intrusion detection, security event management, and defense-in-depth), IA architecture design and compliance experience, and effective communication with senior government and military officials. Qualifications include a current DoD 8140 IASAE Level II (or higher) certification, an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience (or a Master's with 10 years; or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree). Travel up to 10% is required.
