What you’ll do: - In your first month, learn how Metronome solves challenges and creates opportunities in a modern monetization stack, and help plan, build, and run customized demos for buyers with various personas (engineering, product, operations, finance, etc). - In your first three months, become proficient in discovery, understand customer challenges, and travel to meet prospects in the field for in-person workshops, conferences, and on-sites whenever possible. - In your first six months, own knowledge areas, projects, tools, and market segments within Solutions Engineering; run tight Proofs of Concept with clearly defined success criteria; represent the Solutions Engineering group as a deal team member; and handle detailed scoping to ensure post-sales success. - In your first year, build relationships across prospect organizations and design integrations of Metronome into their systems, acting as a pricing and packaging consultant to influence future deployments.
