Solar Construction Project Manager

Overview You will be accountable for the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned solar projects and will serve as the primary client interface, coordinating communication between internal and external project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities - Lead the project team and oversee multiple solar projects concurrently. Manage project execution, scheduling, procurement, and budget reporting to the General Manager. - Ensure safety compliance and site readiness, coordinating with the Construction Manager and field personnel. - Communicate project status with clients, process change orders, manage invoicing, and supply required contract deliverables. - Track materials and equipment, maintain the project schedule, and coordinate with Engineering on submittals and RFIs. - Lead kickoff meetings, coordinate handovers with Pre-Construction and Estimating, and align stakeholders across the organization. - Develop and monitor schedules, analyze costs, and provide regular performance updates; generate SOVs and forecast revenue as required. - Manage project close-out, punch lists, subcontractor contracts, and lessons learned sessions with customers. - Schedule and lead annual lessons-learned meetings and ensure p
