Responsibilities - Develop InstaLILY’s AI platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, business development, growth) to design and implement new features. - Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate complex real-world workflows into shipped products. - Improve quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and CI/CD practices. - Mentor junior engineers, code-review teammates, and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Work closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. - Stay current with the latest AI and software engineering trends and technologies.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, math, physics, or related field; demonstrated ability matters more than credential. - 1–3 years of software engineering experience with shipped products. - Strong fluency in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and a modern web stack. - Solid grasp of system design fundamentals (API design, data modeling, asynchronous patterns, caching, queues). - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - In-office availability: 5 days/week in our New York or San Francisco office for the first 6 months, then 4 days/week in person with 1 day remote.
