Regions is seeking a Software Engineer to oversee the development, modification, and maintenance of applications within Regions' Technology department. The engineer will monitor system applications, ensure reliable operation, and produce reports and documentation detailing findings and solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing the installation of hardware and software, configuring systems, testing installed software for malfunctions, resolving business system issues, designing and deploying new applications and enhancements, measuring system effectiveness, implementing improvement strategies, and monitoring performance. The role may involve acting as a procedural expert and leading junior associates. The position is onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, with regular in-office days (three or more per week). This role is not eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Regions will not sponsor visas. The salary range is provided for market reference, with a minimum of $110,947.10 and a median of $140,690.00, and may include an annual discretionary bonus. Regions offers a comprehensive benefits package.
