Site Program Manager I leads the on-site Think Together after-school program at a partner school. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, safety, compliance, and the delivery of a comprehensive program that meets educational and recreational requirements while adhering to policies and procedures. The SPM ensures high-quality programming, supervises program staff and volunteers, trains and coaches the team, and maintains accurate records, including student enrollment and attendance data to meet ADA goals and funding obligations. Responsibilities include implementing the program design and curriculum, coordinating with school administration and parents, managing budgets and timecards, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires flexibility to work before/after school, non-instructional days, Saturdays, and other periods as needed. Qualifications include strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in education or youth programs and supervisory experience preferred. Compensation: $70,305.
