Site Development Project Manager
Hillpointe is seeking a Site Development Project Manager based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a remote-friendly work arrangement to oversee site development and construction close-out for multiple multifamily developments. The Site Development Project Manager will collaborate with the field construction team and engineering services to ensure timely project delivery.
Essential Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Site Development and Vertical Construction teams and Engineering Services to identify timelines, goals, needs and objectives - Assist with construction-related needs, such as coordinating any issues in the field with the engineer, working with local jurisdictions for site inspections or revisions, and record keeping of relevant documentation - Understand and coordinate technical documents related to construction, such as current drawings, shop drawings, approved documents, photos, inspection reports, submittals, code requirements, and as-built drawings, and be able to integrate into relevant software, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud - Manage scheduling meetings related to construction milestones, such as pre-construction meetings, site development kick-off meetings,
