ServiceNow Business Analyst required to act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders to investigate current processes, gather information, and evaluate options for improvements to workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will articulate these requirements to the ServiceNow Product team for development and implementation, applying appropriate analysis techniques to support effective solutions and performing user acceptance testing where applicable. Core duties: - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver value on the ServiceNow platform, managing requirements through the full delivery and operational lifecycle - Clearly document and communicate complex business requirements to development teams for clear delivery - Validate systems, products, business processes or services against defined acceptance criteria - Investigate business situations to define recommendations for improvement actions - Develop models and diagrams to represent data requirements and data assets
Essential skills: - Experience in an IT Business Analysis environment - Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies - Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments - Experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders with competing needs - Ability to translate complex business requirements to non-technical stakeholders
