iits Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Cloud Customer Success Engineer for a full-time remote role available across Germany. You will serve as the technical contact for new and existing customers in the cloud domain, often collaborating with cloud provider partners. You will support successful deployment and stable operation of cloud- and container-based platforms (for example on Open Telekom Cloud), remove technical obstacles, and translate best practices into secure, repeatable solutions through reference architectures, automation, and deployment patterns. You have hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies, with a focus on Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack. You possess strong system design and architectural skills; you can capture end-to-end contexts, evaluate options, and derive robust architectures. You have solid knowledge of Kubernetes and related components/patterns. You bring experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment tools (e.g., Helm); GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) is a plus. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts in workshops, calls, and written communication. You work customer-focused, can set priorities, and are comfortable in an environment where topics can emerge on short notice. You also speak German and English well (at least C1).
