ACC Management Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle for our properties and corporate teams. In this role, you will develop, lead, and execute recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics; partner with hiring managers across property and corporate teams on sourcing, screening, and interviewing; and oversee onboarding from orientation to candidate guidance. You will also create recruitment social media content to highlight open roles, employees, and communities, and build lasting relationships with colleges, community organizations, and industry groups.
