Responsibilities include defining and owning the end-to-end strategy for evaluating Beam head tracking performance and robustness; leading the development and maintenance of the evaluation infrastructure (data recording, replay, metrics computation, dashboards, automated alerting); collaborating with the team to provide feedback, guide algorithm improvements, and validate changes; designing and implementing testing scenarios, including synthetic data generation and real-world data collection; working effectively with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, UX Researchers, and other Engineering teams.
