This role combines strategic talent advisory with hands-on recruitment delivery, partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Southern Europe, while supporting additional EMEA markets as priorities evolve. Responsibilities include understanding workforce plans, developing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and effective candidate experience. You will champion recruitment excellence by ensuring data accuracy, process compliance with local labor regulations, and the consistent application of Talent Acquisition best practices.
