Your mission: Quality is an engineering discipline, not a final checkpoint. You will build scalable automation systems that empower teams to deliver reliable web, mobile, and backend experiences, combining hands-on coding with a product and business mindset. You will embed quality into engineering workflows, focus on high-risk user journeys, and improve frameworks, pipelines, and practices beyond your direct scope.

What you’ll do: - Own and improve automation foundations to speed, reliability, and maintainability across the software delivery lifecycle. - Build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, applying object-oriented principles and maintainable design patterns. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish release quality gates. - Test APIs and backend systems (REST and GraphQL) for data integrity, business logic, and system behavior. - Improve test effectiveness by increasing coverage, reducing regressions, and addressing flaky tests. - Apply risk-based testing to prioritize critical user journeys and areas with the greatest customer and business impact. - Strengthen QA practices by improving frameworks, pipelines, internal tooling, and team processes. - Collab
