RGP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our ServiceNow Practice. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. Senior Project Managers lead complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations and ensure delivery excellence through governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight.

Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On The Senior Project Manager will be responsible to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across functional and technical workstreams. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. - Lead detailed project planning including scope definition, scheduling, milestone planning, and dependency management. - Establish and maintain governance cadence including status reporting, RAID logs, sprint reviews, and executive updates. - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Technical Leads. - Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Track financial performance at the project level including burn rate, forecasting, and budget adherence. - Support scope management and change control processes in partnership with practice leadership. - Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops, milestone acceptance sessions, and go-live readiness planning. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow implementation best practices and ag
