In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out projects within an integrated delivery team, moving beyond traditional consultancy into true project ownership. You will manage the full lifecycle from design and procurement through to construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality. Responsibilities include overseeing programme, cost, quality, and risk; coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities; acting as the primary point of contact for clients; and monitoring contractor and supplier performance to drive accountability. You will support procurement strategies and engage with supply chain partners, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure contractual obligations are met. The successful candidate will have proven project management experience in construction (ideally commercial office fit-out or similar), strong understanding of the full lifecycle, and a track record of budget management and stakeholder communication. Qualifications include a degree in construction, project management, or related field, with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, APM) desirable. Fluency in French and English is required.
