You will be responsible for end-to-end ERP project planning, execution and tracking, including developing detailed project plans with schedules, budgets and resource management while ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. You will lead the implementation and rollout, coordinating system configuration, data migration and system testing, organizing trainings, and ensuring a smooth go-live with post-go-live support and cutover planning. Stakeholder management involves regular communication with internal and external stakeholders and presenting project status to the SteerCo and other governance bodies, along with handling conflicts and risk management. Quality assurance includes monitoring adherence to standards, performing risk analyses and developing risk management strategies, and documenting all relevant project information and decisions. Requirements include several years of ERP project leadership experience, preferably in an Oracle environment, and a proven track record of ERP implementations. Education should be in computer science, information systems, business informatics, or a related field. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
