Overview: Jedox is seeking a Senior Project Manager (EPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects for key accounts, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and maximizing customer satisfaction. The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities - Lead project delivery by managing the implementation of Jedox projects for key accounts, ensuring successful delivery on time. - Coordinate stakeholders: act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams (including R&D) and executive stakeholders to foster collaboration in our OneTeam environment. - Manage project lifecycle: oversee all phases from requirements gathering and planning to execution, monitoring and delivery. - Ensure quality and compliance: maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance requirements. - Drive timelines and resources: organize resources, manage budgets and scope to keep projects on track. - Identify and mitigate risks: proactively detect project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Track and communicate progress: monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management. - Support continuous improvement: provide feedback from customer projects to contribute to product and service improvements. - Provide backup support: assist with other implementation-related activities and projects as required.
