$120,000 - $125,000 per year Travel: Up to 25% Overview The Education Fund, a nonprofit partnership between SEIU locals and healthcare employers, seeks a Senior Project Manager to bring advanced project management expertise to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. You will manage a portfolio of key projects and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders. You will also mentor fellow project managers and help strengthen project management practices across the organization. Responsibilities

Advise Leadership on prioritizing and advancing strategic projects that align with goals, resources, and cross-functional needs
Lead complex, high-priority initiatives across departments, managing interdependencies, risks, and resources
Oversee portfolio reporting, presenting data-driven recommendations and decisions to Leadership

Provide administrative support for priority digital tools; improve workflows, reporting, and collaboration
