This on-site role in Austin, Texas, United States is responsible for managing all aspects of projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, leading project teams, and fostering collaboration and clear communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and validating project scope, fees, and services during marketing and contract development; maintaining timely updates of project information; managing projects in Deltek, including identifying project team members, budgets, consultants, schedules, fees, and costs, and handling change notices; coordinating with Project Architects to avoid schedule conflicts; mentoring staff; and advancing client relationships through marketing opportunities.
