The successful candidate will lead the planning, design, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of transportation infrastructure projects, including highway reconstruction, roadway safety improvements, complete streets initiatives, intersection improvements, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and other transportation-related projects. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, client relationship management, and business development experience.

Core Responsibilities - Serve as Project Manager and Project Principal on transportation engineering projects for local, county, state, and federal agencies. - Lead multidisciplinary project teams in planning, design, permitting, and construction support phases. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery. - Oversee the preparation of design plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and supporting documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation. - Provide quality control reviews and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal design standards and agency requirements. - Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, utility companies, and other project stakeholders throughout project development. - Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for additional se
