Based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid), you will guide the design process from discovery, wireframes, and user flows to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and web, aligning with our brand and product vision.
Responsibilities include integrating emerging AI tools and generative workflows into research, ideation, and prototyping to speed up decision-making; conducting qualitative user research, evaluating player analytics, and translating behavioral insights into frictionless experiences for both novice and seasoned bettors. You will maintain and evolve our Design Systems and UI component libraries, ensure accessibility and pixel-perfect implementation, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to refine requirements and ensure accurate delivery.
You will run A/B tests and use post-launch metrics to optimise conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention loops. Stay ahead of global iGaming trends, regulatory UX nuances, competitive sportsbook features, and emerging interaction patterns in live sports.
About you: - Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar in an online sportsbook or sports betting environment. - A strong portfolio showing end-to-end design ownership for sportsbook UX challenges. - Proficiency in Figma. - Proven track record of using quantitative data (A/B testing, product analytics, heatmaps) and qualitat
