The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic client service leader and primary point of contact for complex personal lines accounts. Responsibilities include managing overall client service delivery for assigned clients, coordinating the service team, mentoring Account Managers and Associates, collaborating with Producers and Account Executives on client strategy, renewals, and service commitments, overseeing new business and renewal processes, and negotiating coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers and underwriters for complex placements. The role requires an active Property & Casualty license for the state, advanced knowledge of insurance products and carrier markets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and influence others.
