This role is part of a new division focused on developing and supporting innovative financial services technology products. As a senior software engineer, you will promote good design and development practices, ensure code quality, and contribute to technology strategy, occasionally leading design initiatives. You will lead collaboration with QA, Product, and other team members, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and deliver cohesive solutions. You will own feature design and end-to-end implementation, develop high-quality production-ready code, and document system solutions. You will participate in on-call rotations, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. You will build domain knowledge of the mutual funds industry and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements include deep expertise in C#/.NET Core, object-oriented design, relational databases (SQL Server), front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), REST Web API design, testing and CI/CD, and experience in the mutual funds/financial services sector.
