Senior Key Account Executive – Wine & Spirits

Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Key Account Executive to execute our sales strategy with national and regional retail account buyers in the wine and spirits category. The role focuses on driving measurable distribution growth, pricing optimization, and promotional execution across assigned retailers.

Responsibilities

Drive sales results through best-in-class execution, achieving distribution growth, price optimization, in-store promotions, and MPOD.
Manage administrative tasks for retailers and coordinate with warehouse and supplier networks to align on promotions and assortments.
Use syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) to inform strategy and reporting.
Develop Ad/Display requests and promotional presentations aligned with each retailer’s cadence, highlighting Brand/SKU data to maximize ad/display frequency.
Communicate weekly ad features, autoship programs, pricing changes, ROT reports, and assortment updates to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with suppliers and Brand Management to stay current on product innovations, programming, and updates.
Continue self-education on distributor products within the wine and spirits category.
Build productive relationships with national and regional account buyers to strengthen credibility and become their preferred distributor advisor.
