You will create high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads, and motion content; translate briefs into bold, on-brand visuals; collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams; adapt visuals based on performance insights; maintain brand consistency across touchpoints; support product marketing with clear visual communication; and mentor junior designers. Requirements include 5–8 years in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles; a strong portfolio; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools; experience with AI tools for concepting and production; ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines; and experience mentoring designers is a plus. Nice-to-have: experience producing short-form ads or assets, exposure to performance marketing or startup environments, knowledge of sound editing or basic VFX, familiarity with templates and brand libraries. Our team moves fast, values smart design and execution; this role is remote-friendly with focus on London expansion.
