Senior Finance Manager will oversee and optimize the financial operations for the US Retail channel (approximately 110 stores) and support Store Operations at Janie and Jack. Based in San Francisco, United States, this on-site role carries P&L responsibility for the Retail channel and requires a strategic finance professional who can partner across departments in a matrix environment to provide insightful analysis and recommendations. Key responsibilities include leading annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the US Retail channel; reviewing payroll processes to drive efficiency; coordinating with the GL team for payroll journal entries and month-end close; monitoring financial performance against budget and presenting regular reports to senior management; and collaborating with operations and leadership to improve cost efficiency and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a Finance or Accounting degree, 7+ years of experience in Retail finance, strong financial modeling and ERP skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with executives.
