You will define coding standards, perform thorough code reviews, and build robust Spark applications using PySpark, Databricks, Delta Tables, and Python on Azure Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients to ensure reliable and scalable results. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, optimizing code for performance, and creating comprehensive documentation. You will work both independently and with teammates to deliver high-quality software and resolve technical issues. Required skills include hands-on software development experience, experience with SQL stored procedures and migrating to Spark SQL or PySpark, strong PySpark experience on Databricks, Delta Tables, Parquet storage, and data processing workflows, plus strong Python skills and knowledge of Polars or Pandas.
