The successful candidate will take the lead for modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects (typically overseeing three to five consultants), while maintaining direct client contact and leading presentations. You will coach and develop the consultants in your project teams, work closely with industry experts, and contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work. You will participate in office-wide initiatives and actively contribute to business development.
