Senior Client Delivery Manager (Hybrid, London or Chichester) fluent in French and English. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of contracted services for strategic customers in the UK, France and other European markets, from mobilisation through business-as-usual operations. You will translate contracts and customer requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and acceptance criteria, acting as the main customer contact on delivery matters in coordination with the Customer Success Director. Establish early what successful delivery looks like and develop repeatable processes to make delivery scalable. Manage scope, changes, KPIs and SLAs, track risks and dependencies, and intervene when delivery is at risk. Coordinate engineering, operations, product and leadership teams around actionable plans; schedule flight capacity with Operations; ensure data quality meets acceptance standards before handover; convene delivery reviews in French and English; manage delivery costs and resources to ensure profitable contracts. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on ways to improve delivery; contribute to bids and tenders; travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe as required.
