In this role you will review, analyze, and document complaint data to support reporting, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking; research issues across multiple merchant processing systems to identify trends and support timely complaint resolution; and provide guidance to call center teams on complaint handling and process improvement opportunities. You will conduct root cause analyses and document findings with a high level of accuracy, and collaborate with Bank of America teams to improve the complaint management program and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to initiatives that improve workflows, team efficiency, reporting quality, and service outcomes across related business areas. This role is on-site Monday through Friday, and in-person collaboration is considered essential to onboarding and productivity.
