As a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d), you will work on backend systems with real constraints: dependable, maintainable, and built to grow with the product—without big-bang rewrites.

Responsibilities

Stack: Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security APIs: REST; future components for asynchronous processing paths Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions) Integrations: Microsoft Graph API, beA/KSW-Adapter, Webhooks, N8N Quality: SCA tools, automated tests (u

Develop and operate service-oriented Java backends using Spring Boot in a Kubernetes environment.
Design, document, and version high-performance REST APIs; API stability underpins our growing integration ecosystem.
Drive the evolution of existing integrations (e.g., beA, Microsoft 365, Webhooks) and build new modules.
Handle data modeling, query optimization, and migrations on SQL databases under real-world load.
Take operational responsibility—you build it, you run it—focusing on observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and understanding load limits before customers encounter them.
Contribute to ISO 27001 compliance with auditable data flows and robust access control.
