The Standard is seeking a Senior Accountant to analyze, prepare, and process IT financial transactions and to support the accuracy and integrity of IT financial reporting. This role includes researching and applying accounting guidance (U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Accounting Principles), documenting technical conclusions and policies, and collaborating with IT project teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and strengthen controls. You will identify opportunities to automate processes, participate in ad hoc analyses and projects, and contribute to broader organizational knowledge. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 1–3 years of experience in preparing and interpreting financial results or an equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA or CMA certification or progress toward certification preferred; and experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
