TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Manager to actively grow the local tire sales channel by engaging independent tire dealers and fleet customers in the Milwaukee area. The role includes driving Associate Dealer enrollments, expanding NTW’s Fleet Channel, and collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and other parts of the business. You will build strong relationships with customers and supplier partners, participate in promotional programs, and convert leads into profitable sales. Additional responsibilities include dealer education, training delivery, developing customized business plans, utilizing Salesforce.com to manage opportunities, and conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews. Qualifications include: proven sales experience; automotive or tire industry experience or transferable sales skills; strong business and financial acumen; professional appearance and excellent communication skills both in-person and virtually; self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; valid driver’s license and vehicle; BA/BS in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred (3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree); bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
