As a Scrum Master, you will serve as the Scrum Master for one or more product development teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will coach the team on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization within a manufacturing/OEM context. You will manage day-to-day project activities to ensure sprint goals are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved. You will partner with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment to program milestones. You will monitor sprint progress, velocity, and risks, proactively addressing issues that could impact delivery. You will identify, escalate, and remove impediments that block team productivity or delivery. You will actively manage dependencies and risks across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external partners. You will drive resolution of issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or product specifications. You will coordinate with cross-functional managers and stakeholders (Sales Eng, Product Owners, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management, and other functions). You will align priorities across internal teams and external suppliers, partners, or OEM customers as needed.
